What began as a simple gesture in 2020 has evolved into a powerful movement of compassion. Dr. Osa’s first visit to Rema’s Orphanage in Tema Community 11 was born out of curiosity and a desire to support underprivileged children. After bringing pastries and drinks to the children, the experience left such a lasting impression that she returned the very next day with breakfast.

This heartfelt commitment grew rapidly, soon extending beyond regular food donations. Dr. Osa began inviting the children into her own home, hosting feasts and creating warm moments of connection. The experience set the foundation for what would soon become a large-scale, purposeful outreach that continues to grow in both reach and impact.
